1. General

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Glaciares del Ausangate website and the contracting of our tourism services in Cusco, Peru. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you accept these terms in full.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the tour start date.
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments in our Cusco office.
• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the tour.
• Cancellations within 72 hours: 50% refund.
• No-shows: no refund.
• Cancellations due to weather or force majeure: full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Inform about pre-existing medical conditions before the tour.
• Follow the safety instructions given by guides at all times.
• Carry appropriate equipment and clothing.
• Respect the natural environment and local communities.

5. Liability

Glaciares del Ausangate acts as a tourism operator and takes all reasonable precautions for traveler safety. However, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural phenomena, altitude sickness, or acts of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos, and graphic design, is the property of Glaciares del Ausangate and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited without our express consent.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page.
